What Is NLPNP?

Available Streams

1. Express Entry — Skilled Worker

• For candidates in the federal Express Entry pool with a valid job offer from an NL employer.

2. Skilled Worker

• For those with a full-time job offer from an NL employer or currently working in NL on a valid work permit.

3. International Graduate

• For recent graduates from eligible Canadian post-secondary institutions, currently holding a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) or with a job/job offer in NL.

4. International Entrepreneur

• For experienced entrepreneurs or senior managers ready to invest in, establish, or purchase a business in NL.

5. International Graduate Entrepreneur

• For individuals who graduated from an institution in NL, have business ownership experience in the province for at least one year, and intend to continue managing a business there. (turn0search14)

Expression of Interest (EOI) & Application Process

All applicants begin with an EOI submission via the provincial platform. If selected, they receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and must then submit a full application within a specified time. (turn0search8)
